I’m new and learning to install ftp function to my droplet (ubuntu 14.10) but when i testing to connect to ftp server using CuteFTP few times it looks like Digitalocean blocked my ip to connect again…What should I do now…

It would be very rare that your IP was blocked at the DigitalOcean level. This is more likely an issue on your Droplet itself. When debugging an issue like this the first thing to do is to check the the log files for any error messages that could help you understand the problem better. In this case, you can find the VSFTPD log file at /var/log/vsftpd.log
