I cannot resize my droplet. After I shut off and select my new size, it says "Sorry! Something went wrong!" How can I fix this?

I have followed the instructions:

  • Shut droplet down
  • Selected larger droplet
  • Clicked resize

… Then after a couple of seconds the popup comes up on the right (white box with red border and red text) “Sorry! Something went wrong!”

Happy to help here - that error can mean a few different things, but the most common is that the zone the Droplet resides in doesn’t have enough capacity to support the larger Droplet. We can definitely confirm if this is the case for your specific Droplet - can you please submit a support ticket? If you want to comment back here with the ticket number, I’ll be happy to personally check it out. :)
