Happy to help here - that error can mean a few different things, but the most common is that the zone the Droplet resides in doesn’t have enough capacity to support the larger Droplet. We can definitely confirm if this is the case for your specific Droplet - can you please submit a support ticket? If you want to comment back here with the ticket number, I’ll be happy to personally check it out. :)
