I want to remove VISA xxxx6129 card due to expiration, to replace it with another VISA debit card, but it cannot be executed

Try to add the new card first and after it is confirmed then you can remove the original card that you have on your profile.

You must have a valid payment method added to your account. As per Moisey’s comment, please first add the new card and then you can remove the expiring card from your account.
