Why are they charging me several quantities in the same month? Someone who explains this to me please Is not it only pay per month? And they are charging me more than once. Could you explain why?

You can only use PayPal to ADD credit, you can only do this from the panel. DO will charge a credit card IF you do not have a balance to cover it on DO. You would have had to initiate the PayPal billing as DigitalOcean has no way to auto bill Paypal for you.
Paypal is a ONE time payment that you must do yourself in the panel.
