I have a droplet and I have paid $5 for a month, what will happen after the month is up? Can I just pay another $5 and keep using my droplet as I want to keep it as it is setup as a web server?

To keep your Droplets active when using PayPal, you need to continue to keep your account funded. As long as your account is funded, then your Droplets won’t shut off and will continue to function as they do now. If you fail to fund your account, they may be suspended and after a period of time, may be terminated – which means destroyed – and you wouldn’t be able to recover backups.
If using a Credit/Debit Card, you don’t have to worry about funding as the account will simply bill the card on file at the end of the month.
