I would like to inquire about the Billing History.
Previously, I was able to view individual payment records by date in the Billing History section. However, I can no longer see the payment records for July. Could you please check why they are not displayed?
We need these payment records as supporting documents for our accounting and payment verification.
Additionally, I have another question regarding the payment amount. Currently, charges of approximately USD 50 are being processed each time. Is there a way to increase the billing amount so that charges are processed in larger increments, such as USD 250–500 per transaction?
