Inquiry Regarding Missing $200 Credit on New Digital Ocean Account

Dear Digital Ocean Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently created a new account on Digital Ocean, attracted by the generous offer of a $200 credit for the first 60 days. However, to my surprise, I have not yet received the promised credit.

I have double-checked my account details and completed all necessary steps during the account creation process. Despite this, the credit seems to be missing from my account balance. I’m reaching out to seek assistance in resolving this matter.

Could you please investigate and provide guidance on why the credit may not have been applied to my account? I want to ensure that I can take full advantage of the promotional offer as intended.

hello, I also face a similar problem but not on the Digital Ocean Platform with other Cloud service providers. My suggestion is to generate a support ticket from your Cloud console and ask them to add a credit voucher to your account because you didn’t get one on signup time they will definitely help you in this regard.
