What is the reason for this report?

Installing Ajenti when you already have a site configured?

Hello. I have a Ubuntu server with a wordpress site uploaded and apache set up in this way: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-apache-virtual-hosts-on-ubuntu-14-04-lts

But now I’m trying to set up mails and I liked the Ajenti panel, but I don’t know if it will fuck up my configuration, it’s is safe yo install it anyway?

Only installing Ajenti should not touch any of your apache configuration, but you can copy the apache config files (backup) to another place to be able to recover them if necessary.
