Depending how much your bill was, they won’t bill you until it is large enough. Contact support regardless for payment/bill questions.
You haven’t provided a lot of detail but if you just created your account you would not be charged until the 1st of the month. When you have a credit card on your account your card is only normally charged on the first of each month for the balance due from your use of the service in the previous month. So you would pay for all your usage in the month of July on August 1st.
