I know DO doesn’t accept prepaid cards. But will a prepaid card work through Apple Pay?

There are a couple ways to pay your Invoices. In this case you mean Apple Pay. Here is what DIgitalOcean’s docs say about that:
Pay with a 3rd-Party Provider. You can submit a one-time payment with a third-party provider, like PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. To use this option, click the third-party provider you want to use. You will be rerouted to that provider to complete the transaction.

We currently do not accept prepaid cards. You can try adding your prepaid card as a funding method on a Paypal account. If Paypal allows this, you could then use your Paypal account to fund your DigitalOcean account. Otherwise, you’d need to add a different card to your account.
The Apple Pay option will only appear if you are using the Safari browser. If this option isn’t visible and you expected it to be, follow our instructions on troubleshootingApple Pay.
When you connect an Apple Pay account, you choose a payment method from Apple Pay and allow a $0 authorization charge. This verifies the payment method for use on DigitalOcean.
