I have multiple domains set with glue records and those records point to my droplets. I want to migrate to Kubernetes but how can I avoid the trouble to changing ip addresses of all these domains?

As per the documentation here, you currently cannot assign a floating IP address to a DigitalOcean Load Balancer.
I would personally make the DNS changes in batches rather than doing them all at once. That way I would be able to test the setup with a small set of domains rather than doing them all at once.
Alternatively, if you do not want to make those changes you could add an extra unmanaged HAProxy load balancer installed on a Droplet in front of the Kubernetes Load Balancer:
That way you would not have to make a DNS change but there will be an extra unnecessary component in front of your Kubernetes Cluster.
