Issue with using a custom FreePBX image and SSH

I’m just trying to import a custom Freepbx image. It imports fine and when i then go to create a droplet it says i the image won’t allow password authentication and to use SSH Keys.

As far as i’m aware, FreePBX only uses password auth and not SSH Keys?

I have since, followed the steps to generate the public key, re uploaded the custom image. Gone to create a droplet, pasted the key in as requested and now i get:

Fingerprint could not be generated, please make sure your key is valid.

Further to this, if i use the one time password it says:

the image for this droplet does not use root passwords, please use an SSH key.

I know for a fact it uses root passwords as i logged in prior to uploading the custom image.
