My CentOS 7 droplet crashed from a memory issue 13 hours ago, and didn’t come back up on a reboot. It’s hosting, among other things, the domain for the email address used for login verification, so I’ve been unable to log in and I can’t get to the dashboard to try to repair the droplet. I created a ticket immediately but still have received no response.
I have live clients whose sites are down and who are angry with me that I can’t give them any information.
I have migrated my verification email domain to another system so I can receive email again, and I got spam overnight so it’s definitely working, but verification emails from DO still never arrive and so I’m still locked out and helpless. Does DO have a stale DNS cache or something? The DNS was updated 8 hours ago and the TTL on the MX record is 10 minutes.
The ticket number is 03451670. Please help. I need to get my droplet running again.
