Login verification code never arrives in email inbox. Locked out of account now.

My client had an issue with his account which was solved, but now he can’t get back into his account because the verification code needed to log in never arrives.

We need his servers turned back on as it’s been turned off since Friday. Can anyone from Digital Support help out?

I think you can suggest your client to check his or her mail dustbin,to find whether the mail with verification code is in that,and ask the ISP for if they has listed DigitalOcean into blacklist.Otherwise,you should go to to provide more detail and wait for the team’s help.
