Hi! Your question is a bit unclear. Any additional information you can provide about what you are trying to accomplish will help us answer it. DigitalOcean does not set any limits on the amount of email you can send. You get full root access to your server, and can install anything you wish. Though with that power comes the responsibility to maintain your server yourself. In general, sending too many emails too quickly is likely to get your domain banned by email providers. You’ll definitely want to set up some rate limiting if you are doing large email blasts.
