my nginx file looks like:
location = /favicon.ico { access_log off; log_not_found off; }
location /static/ {
alias /home/me/projectdir/static/;
}
location /media/ {
alias /home/me/projectdir/media/;
}
location / {
include proxy_params;
proxy_pass http://unix:/run/gunicorn.sock;
}
but my media files returns 404 Not Found

Hi there @elprincipe,
Do you see any errors in your Nginx error log? You can check that with the following command:
- sudo tail -100 /var/log/nginx/error.log
It is quite possible that Nginx does not have the permissions to read the static files in those specific directories.
If this is the case, you need to make sure that the Nginx user has read permissions to those directories.
