What is the reason for this report?

Missing connection by port 29333

Dear support team, I am not familiar with the technical terms and therefore I am not sure, if I picked the right category. Since some weeks I have problems to synchronize my blockchain places with Platin Coin. The support of Platin Coin recommended to check with you if the port 29333 is open for data transfer for my account and if not, I should ask you to open it now. All DigitalOcean Droplets are unmanaged, meaning that you do have full control over the server itself, and the DigitalOcean support team does not have direct access to make any server-side changes for you.

The exact firewall rules that you need to add would depend on the firewall that you are using, for example:
