Dear support team, I am not familiar with the technical terms and therefore I am not sure, if I picked the right category. Since some weeks I have problems to synchronize my blockchain places with Platin Coin. The support of Platin Coin recommended to check with you if the port 29333 is open for data transfer for my account and if not, I should ask you to open it now.
