Multiple Accounts connected to a single Card: All Invoices related to Accounts shows no dues. But am Getting charged an amount monthly

I have multiple digital oceans accounts connected to a single Credit Card. There are no dues in each account to date. But during the last two months am getting charged (8$/month) from the digital ocean, while the invoice of my accounts shows no Dues (under billing section of DO account). So, I need to know how am getting extra charged, and which account is utilizing the money. I already submitted a ‘ticket’ related to this. How can I contact the digital ocean team by a call?

I need to find out Which account (email id) is using the payment? Most importantly am not getting any notification emails from the Digital ocean team, while am getting charged. Or how can I find how many Digital ocean accounts are really attached to the credit card?
