Hello Community Team,
I am a verified GitHub Student Pack user. I have opened a billing support ticket (#12393705) and added a valid payment method (PayPal).
However, the $200 student credit is still not showing up in my account. I only see the $5 Signup Credit that I paid myself.
I have been waiting for days and have only received automated responses from the support team. No human agent has looked at my ticket.
Could you please ask the support team to manually apply the $200 credit to my account?
