Guys, I’ve sent a payment for my account on may 13th, I have the receipt with me and my account came to be blocked today, so I dont even have access to my email (hosted at digital ocean) to get the verification code and log back into my account.
I am sending tickets to the support but all I get is copy/paste scripts from your support agents.

Please I need my droplets back on so I can get back on my account and check the billing page.
Would that be possible to just turn the dropplets back on for a couple hours so I can see whats going on with the payment ?
BTW: I’ve created this new account just to be able to write here.
I dont want to share my account info here but one of my dropplets has the IP 192.241.145.168.
Please help me to get my account back on since it should never be blocked in the first place.

Thank you! I am trying for hours to solve this issue and since I cant log back in to my control panel w/o my email working, the answer from the support team so far were vague at best. I need someone to call me back or do some support over thephone or even chat, so we can solve this issue right away.
