What is the reason for this report?

My account was locked! After 6 years work with DigitalOcean

After 6 year perfect work. My account was locked!

I don’t understand why. How can help me?

I recieved next message: “Account Locked We are sorry to inform you that your account has been locked by DigitalOcean. None of your virtual servers have been destroyed. We have opened a support ticket with you regarding the cause of this lock.”

And sent many ticket mesasages, but noone reply! My account has been down for over a day!

There is an information site from Ukraine and it has data for more than twenty years!

How I can recived all of my data? How I can access there? Please help!
