My developer cannot access server database / logs etc.
He is ABLE to login to my DigitalOcean account and has FTP , root etc but says he cannot access database , logs etc.
He says :
“But i have checked the documentation and have followed the instructions but not able to find the keys”

Most probably the FTP account does not have enough access to check these logs. To confirm this, test this from your end with your FTP account.
Additionally, from the developer’s message they seem to be searching for some keys, can you provide more information about that as the moment it’s not clear.
One more thing, you mentioned they have root, is that root access to your Droplet? If that’s true, then they should have access to everything and are just unable to find what they are looking for. If you share which logs are they looking for, we’ll be able to point you in the right direction.
