My users told me that my app cannot be accessed. When I logged in to my droplet, digitalocean block me.

I don't have weird usage, I don't have billing issue. Why such thing happen? This is irritating me

If you don't want me to buy your service. Fine, I'll leave. But before that, please let me in a minute to backup my database.

This is VERY VERY IMPORTANT IN MY LIFE!!!
