My website was down this morning and I am trying to reboot the droplet. But it seems like the turn off process is frozen forever and now I’m not even able to connect the server via SSH. Any help would be appreciated.

@Geekologist Thanks for reaching out.
There’s no access to the server at all. I’ve just toggled the reboot switcher in my cloud panel and the reboot process is frozen forever now (about 3 hours).
