My Droplet is not restored

Hi, When trying to restore my droplet, the panel shows the progress of the process, but suddenly stops. When accessing the droplet through the console, I verify that files that were copied after creating the snapshot remain. It is as if the restore has not been done. Please help.

Sometimes a restore process can take extra time to complete. You can give it some more time and if there is an error message you can reach out to our support team and they can sort this out for you.
