Heya,

Prepaid cards are commonly rejected by hosting and cloud providers because they undermine the provider’s ability to manage risk, fraud, and ongoing billing. The reasons are mostly operational rather than technical.

Try using PayPal as your payment method and see if that works.

At the moment DigitalOcean does not accept virtual, electron, or prepaid cards. You can check the full Payment Methods information here:
