I have purchased DigitalOcean ubuntu 14.04 64 server and I am trying to run a java application. I am using ubuntu OS and tomcat 7 server where my webapps folder is located in : /var/lib/tomcat7/webapps/bsinv
when i access to java application by chrome server return “Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED” it mean can not connect to tomcat server

It stll same error and I never install zpanel ,I think zpanel come with command apt-get update
Now, I change form Ubuntu 14.04 - > Debian it solved my problem
