Unfortunately Goautodial can not be installed on an existing server. It is distributed as a CentOS based OS image.
DigitalOcean does not currently support custom OS images. We use UserVoice to track feature requests and gauge user demand. There is an open request there that you can subscribe to keep track of any new developments.
