After the recent NY2 network upgrades, it appears the network is now single-homed to Telia?

That is definitely not a good thing. If Telia goes down, there’s no alternative network provider to fall back on. They’ve advertised having multiple network providers, which is highly misleading. Prior to the network “upgrade” they had nlayer in the mix for ip4 in addition to Telia.
It’s down for repair, it’ll be back shortly. hence the multiple providers in case one has an issue.
