I would like to create an online survey for the community I service. I am using Microweber as our website creation software.
Does Microweber have something like that? Any suggestion or assistance is greatly appreciated.

I don’t think that there is such a component available out of the box with Microweber.
But what you could do is to use a service like Survey Monkey and add a link to your website pointing to your Survey Monkey form.
That way you will not have to make any custom changes to Microweber.
