I usually add money to my account but do not have a credit card added. I am interested in purchasing the 5/month cloud server just to ‘get my feet wet’. I have run into situations where, even though I had enough money in my account for payment, I was still required to have a credit card when I made a purchase.
Q: Can I use the funds in my Paypal account without a Credit Card added?

This is still a problem for me. I have money on paypal, but I don’t have a credit card. But trying pay through digitalocean needs a credit card. Paying, however, on steam doesn’t have problem. So it’s a little weird if the problem it’s paypal. Why this happens here and don’t happens on another places? Ebay works as well. There is indeed a problem here to be fixed.
