I’m from Russia and currently Visa, Mastercard and PayPal have suspended their services in Russia.
I want to continue to use DigitalOcean, but have to way to pay in my Billing tab. Is there any way to fulfill my credits other that bank cards and PayPal?

I think the only ways to pay are over Paypal or a credit card. Having said that, for payment issues I’ll always suggest reaching the DigitalOcean’s support rather than the community here. While we do try to help in every situation possible, we don’t have access to such matters as billing.

We currently accept payment using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), debit cards, and third-party providers including PayPal and Google Pay.
