That seems to be the default index phpMyAdmin page. Are you experiencing any issues or do you want to add some other functions there?

Do you have a specific question about PHPMyAdmin? It is just the default index page that you’ve posted and it is not clear if you have a question or an issue here?

In general, I recommend installing PHPMyAdmin manually as described here:
