Hello,
I’m currently developing a WordPress installation for a client but will eventually need to move their site to their either their own server or perhaps convince them to use Digital Ocean as a provider. In the latter case, is it possible to restore/create a snapshot to a droplet on a different user account?

Thanks. After some further investigation, I did finally find the instructions for this. Much appreciated!
You can create an image and transfer it to a different user account via the control panel. You will need to know the destination user’s email address.
Glad you figured it out! Just for anyone else that might come across this question in the future, you can transfer a snapshot to another user on the “Images” page in the control panel:
