Hi, I am new to digitalocean and moving from another VPS provider. I want to know that how can I install all packages from my previous ubuntu VPS, I have got a list using dpkg --get-selections, and installed them using apt-get dselect-upgrade but I want to remove all the packages which arent there in the list (which came pre installed with the OS) is there any way to do this? And is it safe to do it? I’m using Ubuntu 12.04 on my digitalocean server.
