I am looking into providing an easy solution for people to deploy ready-to-use droplets. Basically I want to resell DO, for free. I understand how to implement deployment via API, but DO user should already exist in order to use the API. DO registration is not always a simple thing for non-tech people. My end goal is a single-click solution to deploy droplets for new users, so I need to somehow be able to register new users via API. Is this possible to become DO partner and get access to new users registration API?

Good question. Do not expect the API to ever allow the creation of users, since DO has plenty to deal with in combating fake/fraud accounts as it is today. I would recommend that you send a message to support asking about the partnership.
