Hello,
First was unable to access my server by ssh. Then some answers said to reboot the server. After rebooting my droplet nothing runs again. All my websites are down and I need a help ASAP.
The Recovery Console of DigitalOcean won’t let me type anything, it shows the following messages: https://freeimage.host/i/RT4Yen
The droplet is On, but the services are not running. Like a PC that has its lights on but show nothing on the screen.
Please, I need help ASAP. My tickets were not answered and I need the websites back on running again.

Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
In the meantime can you try accessing the server via ssh client like PuTTY and check if the web-server (Apache/Nginx) and MySQL/MariaDB are all running as well as other vital services?
