Thanks for reaching out! Droplets (servers) can be transferred by taking a Snapshot and moving it to the desired region. https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/images/snapshots/ https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/images/snapshots/how-to/

We do have our data centers located in Amsterdam (AMS3) and Frankfurt (FRA1). You can choose to transfer to any of these regions.

After logging in to your DigitalOcean control panel, click ‘Images’ tab on the left side of the main menu bar and find the Snapshot you would like to add to another region. Click ‘More’ on the Snapshot and select ‘Add to region’. Then click on the region(s) you would like to transfer the Snapshot to.

Once the Droplet Snapshot becomes available in the selected region(s), you can create Droplets in those regions using that Snapshot.

Please note a new IP address would be assigned to the Droplet upon creation.

You can migrate your droplet to another location, for this you can check this tutorial:

To migrate a Droplet using snapshots, you should:

1. Create a snapshot of a Droplet.

2. Optionally, move the snapshot to a new region if you want to migrate your Droplet to a new region or transfer the snapshot to a new account) if you want to migrate your Droplet to a new account.

3. Create a new Droplet from the snapshot in the desired region or from the desired account
