Question

Setting up VueJS in Digital Ocean Apps

I keep getting a console error “No file to start server” when i tried to deploy my VueJs App through the new Apps platform. My Build script on package.json is here:

“scripts”: { “start”: “vue-cli-service serve”, “serve”: “vue-cli-service serve”, “build”: “vue-cli-service build”, “lint”: “vue-cli-service lint” },

I compared with the sample vuejs app. The content looks like binary. Anyone experienced this and how did you go through?

I’ve found deploying Vue3 to be pretty annoying.

Hi @ibukunakins

If you are referring to these log lines:

---> No file to start server
---> either use 'docker run' to start container or add index.js or server.js

Assuming your app is starting fine—it is completely safe to ignore them as they should not be printed most of the time. We’re aware of this and will be fixing it soon so that they do not show up in the logs anymore.
