When looking at analytics on Shopify one top landing page link was Frontpage (www.ptanaichia.com) but we never added this to the site. When clicking on the link it brings us to one of our store shop pages but you can’t add anything to cart and it changes everything to a ptanaichia.com extension.
When googling ptanaichia.com a few of our store pages show up but it changes every email, and link extension. We never added this and we are concerned!

I assume you are asking this on the forum here because the Nameserver for the domain name ptanaichia.com is listed as ns*.digitalocean.com
Digital Ocean and others here wouldn’t have an answer for you as this is just a platform for virtual servers and hosted services. Your best method to resolve your issue is to contact Shopify support.
