I switched my DNS to Cloudflare. I noticed one of my subdomain sites is not working. When I did a DNS lookup, I see: IP blocked by dnsbl.spfbl.net All of my other sites are using the same droplet, and they are working.

Hello,
The spfbl website would only affect your email reputation if you are using the Droplet for sending out emails and will not affect your DNS.
Keep in mind that after the DNS change it could take up to 24/48 hours for the DNS cache to clear over the Globe. Can you confirm when was the DNS change made?
If you run a DNS check via this website here does the A record propagate everywhere:
Best,
Bobby
It seems to have resolved. Probably just a propagation issue. I do not know what the IP blocked by dnsbl.spfbl.net note was about. But I am glad the site looks fine.
