I setup a droplet with a WordPress install. I went through the setup process in the command line and setup the ssl. I checked if the ssl config file was created in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled and it was but yet the site doesn’t work over https. Is there anyone I can talk to at Digital Ocean?

Hi there,
What is the exact error that you get when you try to visit your domain name?
Also, do you see any errors in your Apache error log?
tail -100 /var/log/apache2/error.log
Did you follow the Let’s Encrypt steps here, or did you install a paid certificate manually?
If you’ve installed the certificate manually, can you share your Apache Vhost so I could take a look at the config?
Best,
Bobby
Hi @fal,
Can you post the contents of the SSL file in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled? I think the SSL might have not been configured properly.
Additionally, can you confirm if you mean that your website is not redirecting to https or when you try and open it via https it gives a warning?
