Stuck On INFO[0284] Taking snapshot of full filesystem...

My site isn’t really that big and deployment keeps failing. There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact support. The link leads me to a page that just shows me open and closed tickets.

Apparently I asked the same question months ago and they never answered my follow up question.

This is keeping us from deploying two important projects. On react sites that aren’t even that large.

You should see a Create Ticket option after signing in to your account using this link.

We could have a look on the same and try to have that resolved as soon as possible.
