I am trying to get student benefit promoted via github student pack but whatever i try i get: The GitHub Student Pack promotion has already been applied to this account. Please select a different team or create a new one. Error message. How can i get the 200$ benefit? I deleted old account, connected it again, set for main email on github my university mail instead of private (i have both for github account) What am i doing wrong? Can you please give me the student benefit?

The error message is pretty clear here: the GitHub Student Pack promotion has already been applied to your account, so it cannot be applied again. Deleting and recreating accounts does not reset this since the promotion is tied to your GitHub account, not the DigitalOcean account.
Unfortunately this is not something the community can help with directly. Your best bet is to reach out to the support team at https://cloud.digitalocean.com/support and explain the situation. They can look into whether the credit was actually used or if there is something that can be done on their end.
