I’ve got a virtualhost set up for my root, but I want it to have it like: serverip/folder. How am I suppose to configurate that in my apache?
So my root is 85.85.85.185, but I want to have my website on 85.85.85.185/app.

Inside of your Apache Virtual Host, you simply need to add an Alias directive: <pre> Alias /app /path/to/app </pre>
