The termination protection currently is a Modal Dialog popping out asking if you really want to destroy your droplet if you accidentally clicked destroy.
Hi @KDSys - thanks, appears a tad basic to me. is there anything for protection when using doctl or api?
I’m a little squeamish about using a lot of IaC (ansible etc) on DO if no proper terminate protection. Ideally, we need to have a single authority user who alone can request termination. What is DO’s IAM like? Can users be locked down to not able to kill droplets in certain projects?
thanks for your help
