the gift $100 did not come to my account

I just opened my account and added a payment method, but the gift $100 did not come to my account, I also paid 1 dollar with my visa card to see if i should make payment first but still nothing. I need it for school project and i need it fast Can somebody help me ?

Maybe you didn’t use a link with a valid gift code, nevertheless, you’ve added a payment method which is a requirement in order to receive the gift.
