I know how to configure Virtual Hosts, but how configure two domains in the same droplet to use G-Suite MX records using Digital Ocean DNS from the Dashboard?
For Example:-
my main domain is example.com and my secondary domain is example2.com how to configure both doamins with G-Suite MX records?

There is nothing special needed for this configuration. Despite sharing the same droplet for web, as far as google is concerned for email these are two completely separate domains. You can set up the gmail MX records for both with our built in tool located in the MX section of the DNS tool.
