In a desktop browser, on the Report Abuse Form, if Select Abuse Type ‘Spamvertisement’ pulldown is selected, then if the mouse pointer is positioned over the ‘HH:MM’ box, a tip appears: “Input time should be a MM:HH format e.g. 09:30”
The tip should state: “…HH:MM format…”.
